Fluorescent Labels: 350 nm - 500 nm

In this category you'll find fluorescent dyes with an absorption maximum between 350 and 500 nm. These fluorescent labels are based on coumarins (ATTO 390, ATTO 425), acridines (ATTO 465, ATTO 495), and rhodamines (ATTO 488). The fluorophores can be efficiently excited in the blue region of the spectrum. Suitable light sources are a mercury arc lamp (405 nm, 436 nm), the argon-ion laser (488 nm) or several powerful diode lasers (405 nm, 445 nm, 465 nm, 488 nm).
