In cooperation with Roche Applied Science ATTO-TEC introduces the LightCycler® dye Cyan 500 NHS-Ester. The dye features strong absorption with maximum at 436 nm and intense fluorescence around 480 nm. Cyan 500 NHS-Ester is an easy- to-use reagent designed for the synthesis of oligonucleotide probes to be detected in the 500 nm channel of Roche LightCycler® instruments. The dye can be applied similar to the NHS-ester of LightCycler® Red 610 and LightCycler® Red 640.

As an amine-reactive fluorescent dye, Cyan 500 NHS-Ester can be coupled to a variety of bio-molecules containing amino groups such as proteins etc. The dye is provided in units of 1 mg and 5 mg. Larger size units on request.
