Next to various new dye derivatives, ATTO-TEC is extending its portfolio on fluorescent dyes by introducing ATTO 643.

The new fluorescent label is related to the well known dye ATTO 647N. It is very hydrophilic, hence it shows excellent water solubility and significantly reduced tendency for unspecific binding.

ATTO 643, like ATTO 647N, is very photo-stable. The dye exhibits strong absorption and fluoresence, thus, with an emission maximum of 665 nm, ATTO 643 is one of the brightest dyes available on the market.

Furthermore, we have expanded the range of dye-labeled phospholipids with the introduction of the phosphoglycerolipid 1,2-dilauroyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (DLPE). The lipid is available labeled with ATTO 488, ATTO 647N and ATTO 655. Other ATTO-DLPE probes are provided on request.
