The following PDF-file provides the most important properties of all ATTO-Labels.
All spectral data given have been measured at 22 °C on aqueous solutions (PBS, pH 7.4) of the dyes with free carboxy group. When there was a tendency to aggregate, the solution was diluted sufficiently to exhibit the monomeric absorption spectrum undisturbed by dimers.
