New fluorescent ATTO-Labels
ATTO-TEC is expanding its product range in the area of fluorescent labels.
We are extending our range of labels with 7 new fluorescent dyes. These labels are offered as N-hydroxysuccinimidyl ester (NHS-ester), maleimide or with a free carboxylic acid functionality. In addition other modifications are available on request.
As a coumarin based fluorophore ATTO 390 shows strong absorption, large Stokes-Shift, and high fluorescence quantum yield.
An alternative to Alexa Fluor* 594. ATTO 594 exhibits excellent water solubility, very good stability over a wide pH- range, very good photo-stability, and high fluorescence quantum yield.
As an alternative to Alexa Fluor* 633, ATTO 633 shows strong absorption, very high fluorescence quantum yield, and very good stability in the pH-range 2 to 10.
As an alternative to Alexa Fluor* 633, ATTO 637 shows strong absorption, high fluorescence quantum yield, and excellent water solubility.
ATTO 647N is our preferred alternative to Cy 5** and Alexa Fluor* 647. The characteristic features of ATTO 647N are strong absorption, extraordinary high fluorescence quantum yield and outstanding pH and photo-stability.
ATTO 725 belongs to a new generation of near-infrared fluorescent labels. The dye shows strong absorption and fluorescence. It can be excited with long-wavelength diode lasers.
ATTO 740 is another of our new near-infrared emitting fluorophores. Its features are strong absorption and acceptable fluorescence. |
