Fluorescence Decay Time of ATTO-Dyes

The fluorescence decay time of all fluorescent ATTO-labels has recently been redetermined. The dyes were measured in dilute (c ≤ 10^-6 M) aqueous solution (PBS, pH 7.4) at 22 °C. For some ATTO-dyes, in particular ATTO 390, ATTO 465, ATTO 488, and ATTO 495, the actual results turned out to be markedly different from the data we had provided earlier. On the basis of the new measurements all fluorescence data have been updated.
