 is expanding
their product range in the area of fluorescent labels.
We are extending our
range of fluorescent labels with five new dyes. These fluorophores can
be either purchased as their succinimidyl esters (NHS-ester) or with a
free carboxylic acid functionality. Further modifications are available
on request.
The product range
includes:
- ATTO 532: for optimal excitation by a
frequency doubled Nd:YAG-Laser.
Extraordinary photostability and fluorescence quantum yield.
- ATTO 550: An alternative to Cy-3
and Fluorescent Orange 548.
Extraordinary
photostability and fluorescence quantum yield.
- ATTO 620: very good stability even
at high pH,
strongly fluorescent with an emission maximum at 645 nm.
- ATTO 635:can be excited with diode
lasers of 635 nm.
High fluorescent quantum yield with an emission maximum around
660 nm.
- ATTO 647: absorbs and fluoresces in
the same range as Cy-5 and
Fluorescent Red 646 but shows a significant higher photostability.
Atto 647 very hydrophilic and chemically stable up to a pH of
about 8.5. |
